Walnutport Playground Association

Each year, the Walnutport Playground Association sponsors the Phillies Home Run Derby at the Walnutport Playground Association. This event consists of a friendly competition for kids across the area from ages 7-14 for both baseball and softball.. The kids compete for a numbered point system in a series of 1o pitches. Top three kids move on to regional competition which is held at WPA as well. Those kids then compete for a chance for the #1 spot to compete against other areas at the Phillies Stadium.

 

June 4. Registration begins at 8:30. Derby starts at 10. Ages 7 - 12
